This all-time classic favourite is carefully prepared by the chef starting by stewing the duck in mixed herbs and soya sauce until tender, and then it’s deep fried to a crisp. When we bring this to your table, you need to roll the duck in pancakes with hoisin sauce and salad. Amazing.
